Appeal 24/04 Minutes: The Sub Committee had before it the papers circulated relative to the appeal against the decision of Aberdeen City Council to dismiss the Appellant identified in the Register of Appeals as appeal 24/04.
The Appellant failed to attend the hearing. The Sub Committee discussed the options available to them and agreed to re-schedule the appeal hearing.
The Sub Committee resolved: (i) to agree to re-schedule the Appeal hearing to 19 September 2024 at 2pm to give the Appellant the opportunity to attend; (ii) to instruct the Clerk to issue a letter via email and hard copy to the Appellant advising on the re-scheduled date.
