• Councillor Avril MacKenzie - - Councillor Avril MacKenzie declared an interest in regards to Bankhead Inn, 161-165 Bankhead Road as she had previously expressed her view on the application. Cllr MacKenzie advised that she wished to speak as a local member but would withdraw from the meeting prior to consideration of the application.
• Councillor John Cooke - - Councillor Cooke declared an interest in regards to 70 Countesswells Road and intimated that he would leave the meeting prior to consideration of the item.
