• Councillor Catriona Mackenzie - Non Pecuniary - Councillors Mackenzie declared an interest in the following item of business by virtue of her position asa council appointed board members of Aberdeen Performing Arts, she considered that the nature of her interest did not require her to leave the meeting.
• Councillor Marie Boulton - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Boulton declared an interest in the following item of business by virtue of her position as a council appointed board members of Aberdeen International Youth Festival. She considered that the nature of her interest required her to leave the meeting and she took no part in the Committee’s deliberations thereon.
