• Councillor John Cooke - - Councillor Cooke advised that in the interest of transparency, that he had previously stated an opinion on the decision from Historic Environment Scotland to make the various buildings listed. Councillor Cooke advised that he would not withdraw from the meeting during consideration of the report.
