• Councillor John Cooke - - Councillor Cooke advised that in relation to item 6.3 on the agenda, land Adjacent to Westburn House, Westburn Park, Westburn Road, that he was an observer on the Board of Sport Aberdeen. Councillor Cooke advised that he would leave the meeting when the application was considered and would take no part in the deliberation or the determination of the application.
