3.1 Declarations of Interest or Connections
- Councillor Donna Clark - - Councillor Clark intimated as a transparency statement in relation to item 6.3 on the agenda (116 Dee Village, Millburn Street Aberdeen), that she knew one of the objectors who was due to speak against the application. Councillor Clark did not consider the connection required a declaration of interest, and indicated that she would remain in the meeting for consideration and determination of the item.

3.1 Declarations of interest or connections
- Councillor Sandra Macdonald - - Councillor Macdonald advised that in relation to item 6.2 on the agenda, Land at Greenferns Landward (OP 22), Newhills, Aberdeen, that she was a Board member on Aberdeen Heat and Power Network but did not feel that the connection would prevent her from remaining in the meeting during consideration and determination of the application.

- Councillor John Cooke - - In relation to item 5.2 on the agenda (planning appeal digest), Councillor Cooke advised that he had engaged with a constituent in relation to the Cromwell Road application/appeal, however as the item was just for noting, at this stage he noted a transparency statement, however should the item be discussed, he would declare an interest and leave the meeting
- Councillor Marie Boulton - - In relation to item 6.1 (West Church of St Nicholas, Back Wynd, Aberdeen), Councillor Boulton advised that she previously was the lead for the City Centre Masterplan, however did not consider that this amounted to an interest which would prevent her from participating in the item
- Councillor Martin Greig - - In relation to item 6.1, the Vice Convener noted that he was the Council appointed Master of Kirk and Bridge Works but did not consider that this amounted to an interest which would prevent him from participating in the item

3.1 Declarations of interest or connections
- Councillor Kairin van Sweeden - Personal - Councillor van Sweeden declared an interest in relation to item 6.4 on the agenda, Waterton House, Stoneywood Terrace Aberdeen, as she owned a property in close proximity to the proposed development and therefore would not take not part in the deliberation or determination of the application.

- Councillor Alison Alphonse - - Councillor Alphonse noted as a transparency statement that in relation to item 6.1 on the agenda, 33 Holburn Street Aberdeen, that she worked with the agent over 20 years ago, however did not consider that the connection amounted to an interest which required a declaration to be made or would require her to leave the meeting for that item.

Tauqeer Malik - - Councillor Malik noted as a transparency statement that in relation to item 6.1 on the agenda, 92 Crown Street Aberdeen, that should the application be approved, that he would use the mosque, however did not consider that the connection amounted to an interest which required a declaration to be made or would require him to leave the meeting for that item.

- Councillor Kate Blake - - Councillor Blake noted as a transparency statement that in relation to agenda items 6.1 and 6.2, that she was a member of Aberdeen Climate Action, an organisation that actively supported the Save St Fittick’s Park campaign, however Councillor Blake advised that she had never commented on any matters in relation to this. She did not consider that the connection amounted to an interest which required a declaration to be made or would require her to leave the meeting for that item.
